Barb Baker

Barb is a seasoned professional with more than 30 years of experience in multiple areas of property-casualty insurance, claims, written and oral communications, marketing, events coordination, advertising, curriculum development, training, management, and community relations. Barb has previous experience in transportation logistics, non-profit development, and television broadcasting. Barb also has extensive experience in serving with various community, state, and industry organizations including the Iowa Association of Business and Industry (ABI) Leadership Iowa Board of Governors, Iowa Women’s Foundation, Greater Poweshiek Community Foundation, Iowa Sports Foundation, Grinnell Area Chamber of Commerce, Imagine Grinnell, Poweshiek County Extension Board, Insurance Marketing and Communications Association, Women in Communications, and American Advertising Federation.
