Deacon Grayson

I graduated Cum Laude from Buena Vista University with a double major in Psychology and Human Services. I began working with Grinnell College in the Dean's Office for the Chief Diversity Officer in 2019.  I currently provide support to the CRSSJ as Administrative Assistant.  I bring with me over 20 years of administrative experience, mostly within the Higher Education field.  Prior to this, I worked within the field of domestic violence/sexual violence advocacy.  I served in the U.S. Navy as well maintaining E2-C and E2-B (Hummer) aircrafts.  My joy in life has always been making a positive difference in other's lives.
