Paul Frost-Lau

Paul Frost-Lau (he/him) is the Associate Director of Housing Operations at Grinnell College. Paul has a Master's degree in College Student Personnel from Western Illinois University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Emporia State University (Stingers Up!) in Emporia, Kansas.

Paul's professional experience includes several student leadership positions while attending Emporia State University, which included his time as Student Body President where he had the distinct privilege of representing and advocating for the student body at the campus and state level. 

During graduate school, Paul was the Graduate Assistant for the Office of Equal Opportunity and Access. In this position, Paul conducted investigations for the campus regarding Title VI, VII, and IX violations while also developing and implementing the education and awareness campaigns for the campus. Most recently, Paul worked as a Hall Director for North Dakota State University Residence Life.

In his free time, Paul enjoys spending time with his husband, Alex, and their two cats: Pippin and Blanche Devereaux. Paul enjoys listening to Taylor Swift and loves to watch and rewatch shows like Schitt's Creek, Grey's Anatomy, and The Golden Girls.
