De Dudley has been with the Academic Support group at Grinnell College since 2003, and is located in the Humanities and Social Studies Center (HSSC) N3175.

She received her Associate of Arts Degree from Marshalltown Community College, and has also completed the Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Certification, Master's level.

Her hobbies include reading, camping, walking, watching football, and spending time outdoors.
