Indian-American composer Reena Esmail will present “Composing Between Cultures: My Work between Hindustani and Western Classical Traditions” on Nov. 19.

The Grinnell Singers will present their fall concert titled “Songs of Earth” on Sunday, November 10, at 2 p.m. in Sebring-Lewis Hall.

November 2-10, Grinnell College will play host to internationally-renowned vocalist, Christine Duncan. During her time on campus, she will work with music department students to develop vocal and improvisational skills.

The Zimbabwe Mbira Ensemble welcomes all members of the community to engage with and experience music in new ways.
