Mathematician From Microsoft Research To Visit

Dr. Henry Cohn, a research mathematician at Microsoft Research New England, will visit the Mathematics and Statistics Department on April 24 and 25.

He will give a talk “Sphere Packing in High Dimensions” at 4:15 p.m. Thursday, April 24, in Noyce 2022. The talk will be accessible to undergraduates.
