Grinnell College to Stream Met Opera’s “Lucia Di Lammermoor” on May 25
Grinnell College will stream Simon Stone’s “Lucia Di Lammermoor” as part of the Met’s 2021-22 Live in HD season. Nadine Sierra stars in the role of the courageous, heroine Lucia di Lammermoor, in a new breathtaking production by Australian theater and film director, Simon Stone. This staging consists of masterful vocalism, conducted by Riccardo Frizza, and includes Lucia’s lover, tenor Javier Camarena, who plays Edgar, baritone Artur Ruciński as Lucia’s brother, Enrico, and bass Matthew Rose as her tutor, Raimondo.
