Strategic Planning at Grinnell
Strategic planning is the process of evaluation, reflection, and improvement that helps the College set priorities, manage resources, and ensure integrated actions. Its goal is to enhance the College’s ability to carry out its mission and core values.

The spaces in which people learn are critically multidimensional. They are at the heart of our purpose. Well-designed learning environments promote inquiry, collaboration, and creativity.
The first phase of a long-term campus plan to improve and update Grinnell College’s spaces has been recently completed.
